A) Absolutely. Any personal or credit card information you share with is safe, secure, and protected.

Q) Are we an e-commerce site?
A) At this time we are not an e-commerce web site. We encourage our customers to call us and discuss their cigar preferences. This not only allows us to tailor your cigar order, but we know exactly what we have in stock in case we may be out of stock on a particular cigar so you may choose an alternative selection. At Saint Augustine Tobacco, we also offer mixed boxes for your smoking pleasure. This offers you a chance not only to smoke some of your favorite cigars, but gives you a chance to step out of your cigar comfort zone and maybe try a few cigars that you’ve wanted to try before without the commitment of ordering a entire box or bundle like on other sites. We offer a 10% discount on all bundles and boxes. Please call us for all cigar pricing; we can ship just a few single cigars, bundles, or boxes for your smoking enjoyment. Q) How does St Augustine Tobacco Company ship its products?
A) We ship our cigars through the U.S. Postal Service. We ship 2 to 3 day Priority mail. We at the Saint Augustine Tobacco Company try to make every possible effort to ship your cigar order out the same day it is received, however this is not guaranteed. Shipping charges are based as follows:  All cigars are shipped for free if your order totals $75.00 or more. Any cigars under that total will be charged a $7.00 shipping and handling fee. We ship in the U.S only. For those of you who live in Alaska and Hawaii, please call us for a shipping quote, additional charges will apply. We also ship accessories including humidors, cutters, and ashtrays. We can ship our accessories either ground UPS or through the post office. Please call us at our Saint Augustine Store for a quote on these items.

Q) Do you charge sales tax?
A) By law, we charge 6% sales tax in our own state for Florida residents. We do not collect sales tax from any other state.
